Francesca joined Moreton Dental in 2019 as a trainee dental nurse and quickly demonstrated her passion for patient care and commitment to the practice. After gaining her National Diploma in Dental Nursing from the National Examining Board for Dental Nurses in 2020, she progressed to the role of Head Nurse.

In 2024, Francesca became Practice Manager and completed her ILM Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management. She now oversees the day-to-day running of the practice and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and creating a positive environment for both patients and the team.

Outside of work, Francesca enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the countryside and discovering the best gastropubs for a roast dinner.
