Francesca joined Moreton Dental in 2019 as a trainee dental nurse and quickly demonstrated her passion and dedication to patient care. After obtaining her National Diploma in Dental Nursing from the National Examining Board for Dental Nurses in 2020, she advanced to the role of Head Nurse.

In 2024, Francesca transitioned to Practice Manager, where she now oversees the smooth operation of the practice. Currently studying for her ILM Level 3 in Leadership and Management, she remains committed to ensuring the highest standards of care for both patients and staff.

In her spare time, Francesca enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring country walks, and discovering the best gastro pubs for a roast dinner.
