Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you contact the practice with a minimum of two working days’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may be waiting for treatment.

Appointments that are cancelled or changed with less than two working days’ notice are considered short-notice cancellations. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to charge a broken appointment fee, as it is often not possible to reallocate the time at short notice.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and we aim to be fair and considerate in all cases. However, repeated short-notice cancellations or missed appointments may result in charges being applied.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide an efficient and timely service to all our patients.
